DerrickTHORBURNPeacefully at Cornhill Macmillan Centre Perth, on Tuesday 16th July 2024, Derrick aged 71 years, (former taxi driver in Perth) beloved husband of Katrina, much loved dad of Barry and Lyndsay, father in law of Lynne, Papa D of Tilly, a dear uncle and brother in law. Funeral on Monday 29th July 2024, service in Perth Crematorium at 10.30am, to which all family and friends are invited. Family flowers only please, but if desired there will be a retiring collection for Cornhill Macmillan Support Group, should you wish to contribute.

RIP brother. We were always taken for brothers when we hit the town when Derrick was home on leave from the navy in the Baiglie Inn days.

Derrick, what a guy. Kind to everyone and would help anyone. He lived for Katrina and his family. A lovely friend and neighbour. Sadly missed, rest in peace xxx

Derrick was a fine man who loved Katrina. The work he put into making their little estate behind the hedge beautiful was done for Katrina... and OK for his other lady friends - the hens too. Aberargie is the lesser without him.
